Anomatic announced that Scott L. Rusch, President and Chief Executive Officer, will retire after 46 years with the company.
Damien Dossin has taken over as Chairman of Anomatic, effective February 1, 2022, and will become CEO on April 1. Rusch will retire on March 31.
Scott Rusch began his career with Anomatic in June 1975, joining his brother, William B. “Bill” Rusch, and father, William C. Rusch.
Anomatic is family owned and operated throughout its 57 year history. Founded in 1965 by William C. Rusch and then led by his son Bill Rusch for many years, Scott became CEO in 2010.

Dossin takes over as CEO on April 1
Dossin has been a highly regarded executive in the beauty and personal care packaging industry for over 20 years, having previously served as President of HCP North America. He is from South Africa and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Marketing.
